DESCRIPTION

On arrival your designated party host will welcome you and your guests. All children will be signed in and food choices will be asked.  Party wristbands for each child will be given out and all children’s shoes will be collected and looked after by us for the duration of the party.

All birthday presents and cards will be collected by your party host and given to you (the birthday child’s parent/guardian) for safe keeping.

The birthday cake (please see Natasha’s Law regarding bringing a cake) will be looked after by your party host until all the children are called into the party room.

Sit back and relax whilst your children play for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Your party host will then call the children when it is time to go into the party room, which is exclusively yours for 45 minutes.

Once all the children are seated your party host will light the candles and with the children sing “Happy Birthday”.  The children will be served their food and the birthday cake will be taken away to be cut up and put into the party bags, ready to be handed out by the birthday child at the end of the party.

Your party host will be on hand with squash and tomato ketchup (hot food option)!  Once all the children have finished eating there main meal, your party host will bring out ice creams for each of the children.

At the end of the party, your party host will ask all the children to put their shoes on.  Your party host will help the birthday child hand out the party bags and thank everyone for coming to Joe’s Jungle.

Your party host will give your child a birthday present from us.

FOOD OPTIONS

Cold food – Selection of sandwiches (Ham, Jam, Cheese and Tuna), Pizza bites, Sausage rolls, Cocktail sausages, Fruit and Vegetable platters and crisps.

Hot food – The children can choose from Chicken Nuggets, Fish Fingers, Burger or Pizza, all served with Chips and Baked beans or Peas.

It includes, Play, Food, Ice-cream and unlimited squash.

Unlimited squash (blackcurrant and orange) throughout the party for all the children.

We can cater for all allergies – please speak to a member of the team.

The party prices includes, Play, Cold food, Ice-cream and unlimited squash

Cold food without party bags       £9.75 per child
Cold food with party bag            £13.00 per child

Party bags                                    £3.25 per child

Exclusive use of the party room for 45 minutes.

A minimum of 10 children is required, any additional children would be charged at the per child price.  You only pay for the number of children that attend on the day.

Adults – 2 adult entry included for the Birthday child and 1 adult per invited child to the party.  Any additional adults will be charged a £1 entry fee (as per our Price List)

NEW LEGISLATION REGARDING FOOD – Natasha’s Law

From the 1st October 2021 a new law was passed with regards to all food in commercial settings.  All items are required to have allergen sheets/labels.

This means that at Joe’s Jungle we are now only permitted to accept Birthday cakes that are either shop bought with the Allergen label on the box OR cakes made by a professional with an Allergen sheet which includes their business details.
