If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or change of booking date.

Play session bookings are non-refundable.

Party booking deposits are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 28 days of the date that you made the purchase.

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All Gift Cards will be issued to the individual named at time of purchase. The named person cannot be changed after the purchase of the gift card.
