About Joe's
Caroline and the team would like to welcome you to our Children Soft Play Centre in Redditch with lots of space to play, and learn. We have Toddler sessions Monday to Friday where your child can learn and develop and grow in a safe and fun environment. We have a designated Under 3 area away from the Main Play Area.

We have Large Cafe with a great fresh menu, 12" Pizza's and sharing platters to lite bites for the adults. Fresh sandwiches or a tasty hot meal for the children from Chicken nuggets or Pizza and chips to Tuna Pasta, fruit and vegetable bowls. Twice weekly fresh home made cakes and our Lavazza Fair Trade Coffee.

It's a nice place for the kids to play, but the boys toilets have been out of order since the dawn of time, genuinely... been at least 3 months now, do you have plans to fix them? Waiting in a queue for a disabled toilet with kids that can't hold it in is getting a bit out of hand.read more

My 6 year old son absolutely loves it here and we cannot fault the friendly and helpful staff.Cheap entry and cheap... food, what more could you ask for?Also had an amazing 5th birthday party here which the staff made truly special.read more

Great softplay my kiddies (1,1,3,6), there’s a 3 and under section and also a section for the bigger kids. The little... kids section is secure, so the little ones can’t escape!The toilets aren’t the best, but didn’t affect our visit.I’d recommend buying the offer from Groupon, there’s one that includes meals for the kids and drinks for the adults. Such a great saving.We’ve been twice now and always used the Groupon offer.read more

Our visit on this occasion was spoilt by the addition of an animal petting area which was located right next to the... food eating area. The smell was unavoidable whilst we were eating, and to add to that, animal excrement was being walked all through the dining area and children were walking over it and then going onto the play area with excrement on their socks. Just not very hygienic.On the plus side, the play areas are well equipped and the food and drinks are reasonably priced.It is a shame, but I don't think the addition of a petting zoo works in this indoor setting and has put us off coming again.read more

Before I start, I just want to say the kids had a great time, and I don’t like leaving negative feed back, but I felt... like we were a burden for the staff and they didn’t have time for us at times.We had our daughters 6th birthday today, we paid a lot of money for the 2hour time slot, yet when we went in, it was so packed out, there were no tables opposite the play area for at least 30minutes after we arrived, I had to walk around asking staff what’s going on, and why do the parents and grandparents etc have to sit in the cafe area where they can’t see the children playing. When we noticed the other group leaving the tables by the play area, we took it upon ourselves to move over to the other side where we can see the kids. When we went over, all the tables had “reserved” and another kids name on them, you knew we were coming, so why wasn’t there tables for us when we arrived? When we found a table it had lots of rubbish on it.Then all the kids were thirsty, I had to chase up the free squash.As I said, the kids had a great time, and the staff were good at food time, and sorting out the party bags and cake, but I felt like you took on too many kids/parties at the same time, or perhaps not enough staff per children ratio, therefore the service at the start with the table issue, and drinks suffered as a result.Like I said I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but it’s more constructive criticism, not a kick in the teeth!. At the end of the day we paid a lot for the party, so let’s have tables ready for us with our name on BEFORE we get there(opposite play area), and have the squash and cups ready for the very thirsty children!The staff were good though, when they had time for us(food time).read more

Hosted a fantastic party for my son’s 4th birthday!The party host was brilliant and made the whole thing stress free!... Excellent value for money, food was lovely (we had the cold option) and the little touches made it even more special - reserved seating for the parents attending the party & a gift for my son from the soft play team.Thank you Joe’s jungle! First visit since covid and it went really well. My children enjoyed it and it’s nice to see the establishment he made... some improvements. My own slight criticism is that it was way too busy, lots of older children that shouldn’t had been on the soft play and no seating for many adults. We did visit on a weekday in Christmas holidays though, so will be returning again to hope it’s a bit quieter.read more

Visited mid-week, and it was visibly quiet. We were "greated" by a staff member who clearly didn't want to be there by... her customer service that can only be described as appalling.Soft play areas themselves aren't too bad. The under 3s was pretty busy, and adults were struggling to get between the tables. The 3+ area was quiet, but the area was substantial, and our daughter enjoyed it.We made the mistake of ordering food, which I would only recommend if you want your food cold and undercooked. The "mighty breakfast" was shocking as the only thing actually hot was the coffee.Kids' meal wasn't much better. The cucumber and carrots could be turned 90° before breaking, so they have clearly seen better days.This softplay has so much potential. If they hired a chef who knows how to microwave beans and front of house staff that understand the fundamental basics of customer service, it would be an improvement.Update: Upon posting the review, the owner approached me to discuss the review. It was agreed that certain aspects of the review did need attention, and steps are being taken to address this within the upcoming months. A free session was offered for another another day if we were available. I want to thank the owner for making themselves known and approaching me to discuss this.read more

Staff are lovely. It's had a revamp recently with more equipment added. It has separate areas for younger children,... which is secure and an "open" area for the older kids.Plenty of snacks, drinks, and food are on offer at reasonable prices too. Little claw grab machines (cash only).Plenty of seating.Great place to tire the kids out for a few hours.read more

Attended today with my 1 year old and 3 year old. £15 for entry! Charging £1 for adult entry. It’s disgusting. When I... queried it the member of staff replied “that’s just our prices” The tables hadn’t been cleaned and only had big tables to sit at in the toddler area, so you were forced to share tables. Clean as a soft play could be, good staff and general appearance of the place. Drinks were good and prices reasonable... for food and play. I usually go in to help out 1 year old and it's the first place I've been too where I haven't come out with brown knees and hands from crawling around.Lost a star as definitely over 3s in the under 3 area and also kids not being supervised by parents clearly when it states supervision needed. Yes I know I sound like a 'Karen' but it's these kids making the younger children not want to visit here again, and I'm definitely not alone in my thoughts don't have actual rules if they aren't followed. Spoke to a member of staff who said they would pass the message on to monitor but that certainly didn't happen for the remainder of our stay and the older kids kept coming back.read more

Not the newest toys but reasonably clean and very safe and secure for toddlers; unlike some other local options where... they could run straight out of the door if you take your eyes off them for even a second!Staff are really pleasant and helpful.read more

Took my nephews here the other day staff were very pleasant and understood our needs and informed us of the Sunday SEN... day which is amazing to find a facility that has this.Play area clean and safe, parents area clean and tidy. We had a great time here today at Joe's jungle. It was our first time visiting and we loved it.The staff are all very... pleasant and friendly, particularly the nice lady with the glasses, who came out to give my husband his jumper after leaving it on the back of a chair!The place is kept clean and well looked after.My son had a toddlers lunch; sandwich, fruit, yogurt and juice box. All fresh and great portion size.Great vibes at this place and I will definitely be coming back again.Also there is free parking on site, couldn't ask for anything more 🙂read more

Love this place been taking my daughter since she was little she now 2 and out of all the soft plays this is perfect.... And my younger daughter loves it to.
